〉You should receive the digital download email 4-6 weeks after the recital. All Digital Downloads will be emailed to the email address provided. Save digitaldownloads@perfecteyeproductions.com to your emails' contacts to ensure we do not land in your junk/spam folder.

〉DVD’s will be shipped 4-6 weeks after the recital recording to the address connected to your PayPal account.

〉Please disregard any shipped emails from PayPal. We process orders before the show in hopes of getting your media to you as quickly as possible.

〉You will receive another email from us when we have officially shipped your DVD's and emailed your Digital Downloads.

〉Digital download orders will also receive a SMS text to the cell phone number provided when we send out the Digital Download emails.
