How long is the final DVD?

Depends on the length of your event. Final DVDs typically run from 30 minutes to 2 hours in total length (ceremony + reception).

Will you provide the raw footage?

Yes, upon request. There is a $350 charge, which does include a hard drive. Many people believe they need the raw footage to view moments left out of the final video. However, our final videos contain every event captured, in full (not just highlights or clips). Only unusable footage (camera movements or re-focus, guests standing in front of the camera, etc) or unneeded footage (duplicate shots) are left out of the final video.

What do your packages include?

Every package includes full Ceremony coverage, in addition to fully-edited 3 DVDs with personalized cover and menu.

What format will my final video be in?

Every package includes three fully-edited DVDs with customized cover and menu. DVDs are R- format. Blu-ray and flash drive delivery are available for an additional fee.

Do you have sample videos or full-length DVDs for me to look at?

Yes. We have several sample videos on the Portfolio section of our website and on our Facebook page. For our client's privacy reasons, we do not mail full-length weddings from past clients. However, we would be happy to set up a meeting for you to view a full-length, final DVD of a past client, and discuss any questions you may have.

How many videographers do you work with?

Depending on the wedding size and venue, you will have 1 or 2 videographers at your event.

Your prices are lower than other wedding videographers I've looked at. What's the catch?

There's no catch! We simply want every couple to have the best wedding video possible, so we don't charge for many features considered "extra" with other companies. By keeping our costs low, and we're able to pass the savings along to our clients.

Do I get to meet the videographer before the event?

Yes, depending on your preference and availability. Many of my clients prefer to meet face-to-face to go over the wedding video details. Other times, my clients prefer to meet via phone, Skype, Facetime, or email. The choice is yours!

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?

No, we only book one wedding or event per day.

What is your policy on taking breaks? Do you require that the client provide your meal?

We only take a break during non-event times, such as during the meal at your reception. We do not require our clients to provide food, however we do love to eat.

What if my reception runs late? Do you charge overtime?

No, our package does not have set end time, so there is no worry if your event runs late. We'll discuss prior to your wedding date which events are important to you, and we'll stay as long as necessary to capture them.

How long does it take to get the final video?

Final DVDs are usually delivered approx. 4 to 6 weeks after your event date, with a "preview" trailer video posted online prior.

Do you require a minimum number of days/hours to book?

No, we accept last minute bookings, although booking early will ensure your event date is available.

Do you travel and if so, do you charge extra?

Yes! We will travel to any location, for any type of event. We will generally ask for a fee to cover our travel expenses only if the event requires an overnight stay (50+ miles from Fort Worth, TX).
